General terms and conditions of sale and service – Epilaser SRL (“Epilsoft”). Last updated: June 2026.
1. Purpose and scope
These general terms and conditions govern all hair removal and care services offered by Epilaser SRL (Chaussée d’Alsemberg 630, 1180 Uccle – BE 1009.769.901), whether per unit (“session”) or as a package (“pack”). Any booking or purchase of a session or pack implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Services: sessions and packs
- A session is a single treatment for one or more areas, at a per-unit price.
- A pack bundles a defined number of sessions at a preferential price. The pack is personal and non-transferable, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Epilsoft.
- Laser hair removal requires several sessions for an optimal result; the exact number varies depending on the person, the area and the hair type.
3. Booking and appointments
Appointments are made via our online booking platforms or directly at the centre. The booking is only confirmed after validation by Epilsoft. The client undertakes to provide accurate contact details in order to receive appointment reminders.
4. Medical questionnaire and contraindications
Before the first session, the client completes a medical questionnaire and certifies the accuracy of the information provided. The client undertakes to inform Epilsoft of any contraindication (pregnancy, photosensitising medication, skin condition, recent sun exposure, etc.). Epilsoft reserves the right to refuse or postpone a session for safety reasons. Epilsoft cannot be held liable in the event of incomplete or incorrect medical information provided by the client.
5. Sessions and results
The client follows the recommendations before and after the session (skin preparation, avoiding sun exposure, etc.). Laser hair removal is an obligation of means and not of result: no definitive result, or result identical for everyone, can be guaranteed, as responses to the treatment vary from one person to another.
6. Prices and payment terms
- The applicable prices are those displayed at the centre or on our materials on the day of the treatment.
- Packs are payable in full at the time of purchase; single sessions are payable at the latest on the day of the session.
- In the event of an unpaid invoice, and after a formal notice has remained without effect, late-payment interest at the legal rate and a fixed indemnity may be applied in accordance with Belgian law.
7. Validity of packs
Unless otherwise stated, a pack is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Sessions not used after this period are lost and give rise to no refund.
8. Cancellation, lateness and missed appointments
Any appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
The following is considered a missed appointment: an absence (“no-show”), a cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, or lateness of more than 15 minutes making it impossible to carry out the session properly.
The policy applied is as follows:
- 1st missed appointment: tolerated, as a commercial gesture, free of charge.
- From the 2nd missed appointment:
- for a client on single sessions: 20% of the session price is charged;
- for a client with a pack: the session is deducted from the pack and considered as completed.
For lateness of less than 15 minutes, the session may be maintained but shortened, without rescheduling or price reduction.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services to be performed on a specific date or period (fixed appointment). For unused packs purchased remotely, the client may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days, unless they have expressly requested performance before the end of this period.
10. Liability
Epilsoft does everything possible to ensure quality and safe treatments. Its liability cannot be invoked in the event of failure to comply with instructions, inaccurate medical information, or reactions related to an undisclosed particularity of the client.
11. Personal data
The processing of the client’s data is described in our Personal Data Protection Policy.
12. Complaints and applicable law
Any complaint may be addressed to epilsoftcentre@gmail.com. These terms are governed by Belgian law; any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels.
