So every appointment goes smoothly, here are our conditions, simply :
Cancellation & rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Lateness
Less than 15 minutes : the session is kept but shortened.
More than 15 minutes : the session is considered a missed appointment.
Missed appointment (absence or late cancellation)
- 1st missed appointment : free, no charge.
- From the 2nd, for a single session : 20 % of the session price is charged.
- From the 2nd, with a pack : the session is deducted from the pack.
Payment
Packs : paid in full at the time of purchase.
Single sessions : paid on the day of the session.
Pack validity
Your packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
