Unfortunately no, this would be legally and financially impossible. For the potential recovery of amounts paid, you must contact the manager or trustee handling your former center's case. On our side, we offer protocol resumption at our standard rates.
No. During the assessment, our practitioner evaluates where you are in your treatment and adapts the protocol accordingly: laser settings, intervals between sessions, number of remaining sessions. Progress already made is not lost.
Absolutely. You are not bound to any center by your treatment. You can switch at any time, for any reason. The new team simply adapts the settings to your history.
We use latest-generation lasers adapted to all skin types (Alexandrite for light skin, Nd:YAG for dark skin). Our devices are equipped with integrated cooling systems for optimal comfort.
Not mandatory, but helpful. If you have access to your session record, laser parameters used, or a treatment summary, feel free to bring it. Otherwise, our practitioner will establish your history with you during the assessment.
Ideally, it's best not to wait too long: a break of several months can affect results already achieved. If your last session was less than 6 months ago, resumption is generally straightforward. Beyond that, we adapt the protocol.
